Excellent Customer Service!!! Not only did my husband and go all over our own small town here in Prescott Valley, AZ to search for a truck, but it also seemed as though we visited Not only did my husband and go all over our own small town here in Prescott Valley, AZ to search for a truck, but it also seemed as though we visited ALL Phoenix/Peoria area dealerships as well. We were having trouble finding the right truck for us and were getting tired of the back & forth with dealers...some were giving us the run around and we were pretty much spent. To our pleasant surprise not only did we find a genuine dealer who was up front from the get-go in Tim Carrasco, but his CUSTOMER SERVICE was refreshing & uplifting after the week we've been through to say the least! We as customers did our own searches/homework early in the morning...calling dealership, leaving messages trying to get dealers to call us back and answer the questions we needed answered asap so our decision making would be easier on us as the buyer. Other dealers sites said they would have someone get back to us on their FB messengers with no avail, but Tim C. was on top of it! Not only were we given the info we needed right away on the truck we were inquiring about but Tim also made it a point to make sure we knew that HE would be available when we came in and he was. When we arrived nothing changed, he was still as pleasant in person as he was on the phone. We were shown the truck we inquired about and others of our interest. There was no pushiness, no pressure at any time. We felt relaxed, heard and the whole process actually became like we were visiting/talking to a friend when we were talking to Tim C. We ended up leaving to search elsewhere that day....and what do you know? We did not find as good a deal nor excellent customer service as we found at Liberty Buick and in Tim C. We rushed back there 10 minutes before they closed to purchase our truck with the dealer we knew would make the process pleasant. Even though it was late, they never rushed us, stayed late until everything was finished and Tim had so much patience...sure he wanted to get home to his family. He made us feel like we were priority and knew this was an important purchase for our family. We were very thankful for him and will surely think of going back to Liberty Buick in the future for our next purchase...as long as Tim Carrasco is there!!! :-) More

I had the pleasure of working with Danny Aaron who patiently answered all my questions and took me on a test drive. I wasn’t ready to purchase that night, but the next morning while I was shopping around I received a call from Danny. He worked with his sales manager to get me the deal I needed to make my decision easy. I drove over and finalized my purchase and had a great experience. I love my new-to-me vehicle and am happy to have had the pleasure of working with Danny. JJ in finance was great too! Danny went above and beyond and I wholeheartedly recommend him and Liberty Buick! More

Also had a simple question for service about something on the car door and was told to have the salesperson reach out to her supervisor and get it taken care of, very simple fix, but have been ignored for the last week. Disappointing. More

My wife and I were really unhappy at 1st because the gentleman we were supposed to be meeting with was the one who sold the car. However Paul came to our rescue. He was very friendly and easy to work with. We had a backup car a Chrysler 200 that we were also looking at before we got there. Paul explained the value and the amazing features of the car that he was gonna show us. We took it for a test drive and we were sold. Between the comfort of the ride and Paul's enthusiasm about the car we felt much better. Paul really turned our experience around. I would recommend him to anyone. More

Service dept great! Bought my car in July have been to the service dept 4 times twice in one day and have never had a problem, everyone is friendly and helpful. Nothing was really wrong with my Encore just oil change, tire pressure check, and had some gooey stuff on wheel wells on driver side (from road not vehicle) service department took car of me.
