As she gains more knowledge of the industry, that knowledge coupled with her personality, she will go far! The lobby of the dealership can use some upgrades though. Adding complimentary drinks and snacks provides nourishment during very long purchasing negotiations. Though offered water, after 5 hours we would have liked to munch on something that we did not have to purchase ourselves. The space was also very cold! All in all, the dealership left a lot to be desired but the Employees were fantastic. Looking forward to the Summer and the top off! More

Worst dealership ever. Scams are conducted Matt blatt. They had my car for a month no service has been done the ordered the wrong parts I will be uploading msg and video on the scam where they breaking wheel locks and charging you for it because an employee stole the wheel locks after being fired for scams. They ordered the wrong parts after telling me I would have the car over a week ago is been months and this is a manufactured error on the vehicle. Nothing was offered no replacement just a long wait ain’t for repair. Lawsuit is filled and Better business is investigating and I have to file for losses. This story is going to be escalated and get some media attention once I compile all the evidence. I will continue to update. More
Brought in my 2022 Grand Cherokee L with 17,500 miles on it for oil change and tire rotation. Picked up my vehicle about 3-4 hours later, paid and started to drive back to my home about 4-5 miles away. Car it for oil change and tire rotation. Picked up my vehicle about 3-4 hours later, paid and started to drive back to my home about 4-5 miles away. Car started to shake and than white smoke was pouring out of the tail pipe. Drove car slowly back as dealer instructed to have the car looked at. Dealer said white smoke could be coolant leaking into the engine and that the coolant was low even though the paperwork they gave me states they checked and topped of all fluids including coolant, which was a lie. Called out the service advisor Joel Pica on the coolant level being low and what the paperwork states and he told me that they don't know what type of coolant is used so they don't top it off. HOW DOES THE JEEP DEALER NOT KNOW THIS, IDIOTS. Had to pay for a rental for 2 days because they wouldn't. Came back two days later after they told me the car wasn't having the issue anymore, told me they did a second oil change and the car is working fine. There paperwork states that the oil was low and that may have been the cause of the issue. How could it be low if I just brought it in for an oil change, they clearly have no clue what they are doing at this dealership. Didn't reimburse me for the car rental even though its there fault the car had the issue in the first place. More

Left my car with these guys on 7/17, and as of yesterday no word about the problem. Stay away from Matt Blatt for service and purchase. They are the pits. They assured me the car had been serviced yet the module for my head light was blown they put a shady paint job on the car that literally peeled o !!! If I could rate lower I would. Anyone seeing this, please do not bring your car here or even think about bringing your car here. It will cause nothing but trouble and headaches. Needed to get a new key and a detailing and it took over a month! And once I picked up the car, they tried to over charge me and the inside was still a mess and dirty. The only positive thing about this dealership is the service manager Hector and how nice, friendly and helpful he was. But everything else about this dealership is an absolute joke and nothing short of it. “Customer service is our number 1 priority” that’s the real joke. More
