I have done my research and visited with several PA Jeep, Acura and Cadillac dealers in Lansdale, Jenkintown, Doylestown, Horsham, Norristown and Downingtown over the last few weeks and none of these places compared to the outstanding customer service and deal I received at Family Jeep. I literally live .3 miles from Lansdale Jeep and drove over an hour to make the deal at Family Jeep. Family Jeep went above and beyond to meet my needs. They were welcoming, attentive, polite, professional and honest. I truly felt like “family” from the second I called to inquire about the Jeep. When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted by the entire staff. They were all so welcoming. I felt like I knew them for years! During the purchasing process, there were no surprises and it was very efficient! Hilda is great! She was very knowledgeable and friendly. I am so grateful that Ron took my call that day and that he and Dave wasted no time in getting me the deal I wanted. Horrible place to buy a car from! Dont waste your money! Lets see where do i start.my husband and i purchased a 2017 Chrysler 300 from justin raines and thats where the trouble began.our paperwork was never Lets see where do i start.my husband and i purchased a 2017 Chrysler 300 from justin raines and thats where the trouble began.our paperwork was never submitted to Chrysler correctly so we had to go thru red tape everywhere! A day or 2 after purchasing this car, the check engine light came on,then the radio wouldnt work and then the suspension was loose in the front a few months later.now the car has been in 4 different times for a loud squeeking noise and all you get is a run around when trying to get your car serviced by this place.they take it for weeks at a time and you have to chase them down for a call back or even an update! Ken the service manager feeds you lines of how busy they are and how sorry he is and then tells you to bring it back in and the car doesnt even get seen till they are ready after telling you to come down.they sell lemons to hardworking people like my husband and try to glue and tape your car together and tell you its fixed when its not.the car has been in the shop more than its been driven to the point where we have spent every thursday on our day off at this dealership waiting on answers.we have filed for lemon law finally.my husband explained the situation to ken for the 4th time we were there for the squeak and he said ill get a service tech from Chrysler here ill call you and let you know when you can this was last week we received no call.dont buy from this place all youll get is screwed over!
