Service center incompetence So I dropped off my car for an 11am appointment to get a mirror fixed. I sat right in front of the service desk for nearly 4 hrs and finally got up to So I dropped off my car for an 11am appointment to get a mirror fixed. I sat right in front of the service desk for nearly 4 hrs and finally got up to ask for a time estimate for completion. The guys at the service desk ask me who I saw? I said I don’t know - I pulled up some guy asked me what’s wrong, I told him and he gave me a ticket and told me to have a seat. So that’s what I did. They said oh you were supposed to register with us. I said not one of you were here at your desk when I walked in. I never been here before so how am I supposed to know your process? I explained to the guy out front what was wrong. I didn’t know I had to tell everyone at the dealership. There should be one intake point. Ridiculous. So I am frustrated at this point sitting around that place all day and the service desk guy tells me to calm down. Bc me upset will get him upset and two of us upset won’t be pretty. I told him he best not get upset then and that he’s wrong. They need to have a clear system in pnace and communicate with ppl as they come thru. Certainly u see someone sitting in front of u for for 3.5 hours, check on them! So they do up the paperwork and come back 30 mins later to tell me they need to order the part. I said I waited all week bc u guys had to order and wait for the part. I asked how long does it take to get parts they said like one day but we can’t put it on till end of week. What a mess. So service guy asked if I want to order the part and come back and I said absolutely no way. I will go somewhere else. What a nightmare. More

These Guys Are Crooks These guys are crooks. I have unfortunately been going to Family Dodge for a long time because I knew the salesman personally. Each and every tim These guys are crooks. I have unfortunately been going to Family Dodge for a long time because I knew the salesman personally. Each and every time they low-balled me on the trade-in values, but I overlooked it for the most part since, again, I knew the salesman. The last time I was at Family Dodge I was talked in to a lease. I was told after 3 years I can turn it in or keep it, no problems. I asked about mileage charges when I reach the end of the lease and was told not to worry about it. Fast forward 3 years to when the lease matured. I researched purchasing the vehicle but the leasing company wanted to charge more than what the car is worth. In addition, I was never crazy about the car; I thought it ran rough and was not comfortable to ride in; for these reasons, I decided not to keep it. I was called by the salesman a few months before the lease matured. He told me that if I do not go through Dodge for my next vehicle purchase, I will owe over 5 grand due to excessive mileage; however, if I come back to him, the debt will disappear with a new purchase from them. In essence, he set it up to where I would be forced to come back to Family Dodge in 3 years to spend more money. Of course, I was not told this and found out the hard way. The whole deal was set up to force me to come back to Family Dodge with the knowledge that I was going to owe an obscene amount of money if I didn’t. I don’t like being manipulated and scammed, so I decided, money or not, Family Dodge got enough money out of me and and I will not take part in their shady business practices. I wound up turning the car in and buying a vehicle from another dealership. I am now out $5311.54 due to excessive mileage. I wrote a letter to Family Dodge and they did not have the decency to reply. I then filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and received an obnoxious reply from Frank Ingargiola, the General Manager. Frank took no responsibility for anything and stated I should have come back to Family Dodge. I couldn’t believe it!!! This whole setup was a complete scam and they do not care about their customers. BUYER BEWARE!!! More

He has made us feel welcome, went out of his way to accommodate us during the sales process, has fully answered any questions that we had to ask of him, and helped to arrange with insurance for our purchase. In short, John is a very nice person to deal with. I had told him that even though he is a salesman, he is a people person first in the way that he treats his customers. When we are ready to trade in our new vehicle down the road, we will come back and see John. Very positive experience. Keep up the good work!!! More
