Hi people on family jeep service my 2014 grand Cherokee had a transmission failure at 103.000 miles . It sat on the dealers lot for 2 1/2 weeks before it was looked over.. They. told me the transmission ha had a transmission failure at 103.000 miles . It sat on the dealers lot for 2 1/2 weeks before it was looked over.. They. told me the transmission had to be ordered . They gave me such around on this part.Finally after 2 1/2 months I had my jeep back. Driving for a week I noticed a fluid leak where I parked. Totally discussed I took my jeep to a transmission specialist. Within 3 hours they called me gave me the report that the transmission coolant lines were cut by rubbing against the drive shaft. . They told me it would be repaired within a day . As far as family jeep is concerned this is what kind of Mechinic they have working on your vehicle.Also keep in mind when I purchase my jeep I also purchased a lifetime extension warranty.So maybe if I was a paying customer it would of been handled a lot more with care on the transmission install. My advice a customer should not have to wait 2 1/2 months for a repair.I think they did it purposely so I would trade it in to purchase a new jeep.Thin what you want but I would stay away from family jeep.I never reviewed a repair but this dealer had my rating of a minus FIVE. More

Stay clear of this salesman. I purchased a new vehicle from him May 2022. He didnt tell the truth as we negotiated and didn't return calls/texts after the sale.
