As always, I was very pleased with service at Family Chrysler and Jeep. When I walk into the dealership, any time, I feel like my business matters. I really wasn't planning on trading my car in, but Tom was persistent with keeping me updated and showing interest in me in just coming down to at least check out what they had to offer, but he wasn't too pushy. After being indecisive at first, I decided to go home and think about it and then called back and said I would trade in. I got down there within an hour of closing on a Friday night and they had everythign pretty much ready for me and had me in and out in no time. Although I loved my previous Jeep, which wasn't that old, I traded in for a newer model at lower payments and now a proud owner of a 2014 jeep. We had the very best and easyest transation we ever had a Family than any other dealer. I ask for a price on the internet the night before and Kimberly Robinson gave me a very good price on a 2014 Grand Cher Family than any other dealer. The next day we went to Family and Nashay Kenneth greeted us ask us what we were looking to purchace and we told her, she showed us the red Overland then took us inside the dealership as it was very hot out that day. We told her we had a internet price and Nashay said "Yes we will give it to you for that price". They also gave us a good price for our 2010 JGC. We said deal and this was the very easyest deal we ever made1 We signed the paperwork out and by the time we were done the Jeep was washed and tagged and ready to go. Don't think we we didn't know our prices, we spent 2 days at one local dealer and maney phone calls and came out displeased and no car. We spent many e-mails many phone calls and a visit to a NJ dealer again Bad experiance. They did not hold good on thier price, plus they were told not to drill holes for the front plate as we are fro PA.and they drilled them anyway! Believe it or not on 2 of them. They did it on the both Jeeps that had the same colors and powers. So thanks Family For Making us Happy New new owners of our 2014 Grand Cherokee Overland Jeep. Bill K. More

They overcharged me for my Jeep, then admitted that they did, and instead of issuing a check for the amount that they overcharged me, they gave me an extremely limited service contract for "compensation". So essentially they kept my money that they overcharged me, and gave me a service contract instead that I wouldn't have purchased from them given the option. They forced me to have this contract instead of giving me my money back. I have traded the Jeep in for a Dodge, and now they are saying that the service contract, that still has $1100 worth of service on it, is now void. They never told me that it would be void. They kept my money, and wont refund me for what wasn't used. They shouldn't have overcharged me in the first place. Now they have my money because they were sneaky and I'm out $1100. Now after months of trying to get someone to help me and being flat out told that they simply will not respond to me anymore (justifying ignoring me), I'm filing a suit against them in small claims court. I wish I never stepped foot in this place. They cheat you out of money, and then they ignore you. Do not do business with these people, they are crooks!! More

I love Family Jeep! From the moment I walked in the door I was treated like family and not at all like a "target" for a new sale.
