I was looking for a jeep and Amanda responded to me from my online inquiry. This was the first and only jeep dealership that I needed to go to. I did my homework and research on line. Marion Penn on my initial visit spend careless number of hours with me on a Monday morning and I drove every jeep variant they had on the lot . He did not get frustrated with me and if I did not understand the difference in the Jeep selections he showed me what each one could do on test drives. I had a crash course in Jeep 101 and it was an excellent learning experience. I have been a BMW owner for the past 12 years and needed a reliable vehicle for my long drives to work in any weather conditions. I got a fair trade value for my car and a fair price for the Jeep. I explained to the manager that other dealerships were offering certain incentives but he did not push me and advised to check them out and come back to him them when I was ready. I researched for a few days to find the same Jeep that they had on the lot and could not find a similar vehicle. I could have went with a cheaper version of the Jeep that I wanted but I wanted my Rubicon. It took a lot of sleepless nights to decide to trade in my 2009 BMW but this sales team lead by Marion got the deal completed. There was minimal negotiation back and forth because the price they were offering was competitive. No one likes negotiating but they were not insulted by any price that I offered. Instead of being insulted they explained why or why not the offer was valid. I like honesty, integrity, and a deal. I got all of these as well as my new Jeep Rubicon. I highly recomend this dealership. They do treat you like family hence there name. More

Good morning Tom, On June 29th I entered the Good morning Tom, On June 29th I entered the dealership with the hopes of trading in my Chrysler Town and Country for a newer and less expensive ca Good morning Tom, On June 29th I entered the dealership with the hopes of trading in my Chrysler Town and Country for a newer and less expensive car in the interest of being more economically fit. During the sales experience I was told that my current van was without equity and therefore unable to be used in the transaction for a newer vehicle. I was then told that I could simply return my van to the financier and it would only be reported as a Charge Off without damage to my credit report and removal within 1 year. I later found this information to be untrue and that there would be substantial damage to my credit report due to this Voluntary Repossession. In addition, the following day after purchasing the vehicle the inspection expires! While driving to work, I notice a loud noise coming from the engine, the axle making noise when the steering wheel is turned, the rumbling of the brakes and the loud noise that results from backing up. I notify the dealership of these issues and they basically told me that it was my responsibility to repair the car that was brought only two days ago. When I explained that I shouldn't be responsible for these repairs so soon after buying this vehicle I was notified that they would only make the repairs after payment was received from the bank which could take from 2-30 days. Tom, I have a six year daughter that I feel is unsafe being transported in this vehicle along with my 75 y/o mother who relies on the family vehicle as her sole transportation. I was told by the Management personnel (Hilda Fiorello) that under Pennsylvania Law that I am unable to return this car. How can I be unable to return this car when there are undeniable issues and I wasn't even provided the information of what is wrong with the car through a proper disclosure? I'm very disappointed with this purchase and service at your location. More
