I was greeted by a salesmen, Justin, as soon as I stepped foot on the dealership parking lot. I told him that I was interested in purchasing a pickup truck and he did the rest! Upon entering the dealership doors, I was greeted by other salesmen as well. The dealership was clean and it had a pleasant smell to it. I told him my price range and he got it done! Family Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram service department is trash. I was told by my sales rep that it was a recall on my vehicle. These guys kept my car for a week for an engine light. Told me I needed a oil pump. Charged me 1850 for that. Then 2 weeks later engine light came back on. I took it back in. Now I am waiting again.
