Service loaner was nice while vehicle was being serviced. uConnect system was not updated/fixed properly upon return of vehicle so it had to be brought back to the dealership. For the inconvenience of that, uConnect system was not updated/fixed properly upon return of vehicle so it had to be brought back to the dealership. For the inconvenience of that, a porter did deliver and drop off a loaner vehicle to our home preventing a need for a return trip to the dealership which was appreciated. Additionally because there was a warranty repair and “potential recall” repair that needed to completed the dealership did top off the gas tank, even though that provision is no longer part of the Wagoneer service promise. That exception was appreciated as well. More
