My 2024 Forester with a little less than 6,000 miles and owned for about 9 months had a broken front driver side axle and a broken passenger side ball joint, diagnosed over 2 visits. Alex handled the repair owned for about 9 months had a broken front driver side axle and a broken passenger side ball joint, diagnosed over 2 visits. Alex handled the repairs (which were covered by warranty) professionally and courteously. I only wish the repairs had not been needed. Hopefully this will be the last time I have an issue like this with my Forrester. This is my family’s first Subaru. More
