Liberty Ford Solon I had investigated car types before going to Liberty Ford. I drove an SUV but wanted back into a sedan. The only thing is it had to be AWD. Many times the price was changed and when I started questioning the changes, the salesman Rick started bec I needed assistance on getting a new car. He says "Dude, this is the best you are gonna get and I suggest you take it". When I asked him to check with his manager (Matt), they were whispering at which point, he came back with a $10.00 difference. My older car had a large number of miles, and a problem arose that required significant attention immediately to continue driving it. We decided that it was more cost-effective to buy a new car. As Murphy's Law would have it, this happened right before I was leaving for a month-long business trip. My husband worked with Steve to finalize the details for the new car while I was gone, but my signature was required on the documents. Steve sent the papers to me in Boston via overnight mail, spent an hour on the phone with me explaining the terms and conditions, and personally drove our new car from Columbus so my husband would have it in time to pick me up from the trip.
