I question the ethics of the mechanic who worked on my car. He recommended tie rod replacement when it was not needed simply because he could not loosen the adjustment nuts because they were fused. A brot car. He recommended tie rod replacement when it was not needed simply because he could not loosen the adjustment nuts because they were fused. A brother in my congregation freed them up in 30 minutes. I not only question his ethics but mechanic abilities if he can’t loosen adjusting nuts on a tie rod, and then sent me away with less than the proper adjustment to the alignment on my car. In my opinion he sets a bad reputation for how service is performed at your dealership! I hope the general manager will make every effort in the future to correct such practices.
