My truck has been at the dealer twice for service because my gas mileage for a hybrid is way below the advertised mileage. Both times, they had my truck for multiple days and were unable to make any changes. my gas mileage for a hybrid is way below the advertised mileage. Both times, they had my truck for multiple days and were unable to make any changes. The only change I've seen is that the gas mileage is worse after they have worked on it. It's amazing that I spend thousands more for a hybrid and do not realize any better gas mileage than an owner with a regular gas engine. More
