I recently purchased a 2022 Ford Explorer from Liberty Ford Brunswick and it was the best experience! Cindy was great from the very beginning. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and made the enti Ford Brunswick and it was the best experience! Cindy was great from the very beginning. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and made the entire sales process seem like a breeze! :) I had great customer service from everyone at the dealership that I spoke with. Once I completed all of the signing paperwork, Cindy worked with me to have the vehicle delivered to my home as I did not live close to the dealership. Jack and Frank were the awesome drivers that delivered the vehicle to my home and they stayed in communication with me to update me on arrival time. I was super appreciative that Liberty Ford was willing to deliver to my home. After the Explorer was delivered, Cindy has reached out to me to see how I was liking the vehicle and if I had any questions, which again to me shows great customer service. I give this dealership 5 stars and definitely will refer anyone looking to them! More
