The people at Liberty Ford in Brunswick are very nice. We dealt with Justin Post. Not one time did I feel like he was pushing us. I actually wanted to go see another car at another dealership. The other vehicle was 20,000 less miles and About $1,000 more. I wanted liwer miles. That's the kind of salesperson I like. But after talking to with my husband we decided to stay with Liberty Ford because of the lifetime warranty on the powertrain. Of, course you need to go to a Liberty dealership. But they have a few around and one that is closer to me. And of course the car was a certified used car. That was important. Thank you Justin and Liberty Ford. More

The finance person would not transfer the plates from my exisitng car to the 2024 Kia I was purchasing. Medina county has e-Check, but an echack is not required on a vehicle less than 5 years old. Finance guy said he could not transfer plates on used car to used car. That was absolutely not true! I questioned him on the issue and he refused. So now after 30 days I ge tthe title and I have to go to the BMV to get my plates transfereed. That is not good customer service. Thgat was the low point of my purchase from Liberty Ford. More

Justin was great with us. The dealer representative not so good. Tried to raise my interest rate. When I pointed it out to him, he said it's only $1.80 more a day.
