I’ve been buying cars and getting them serviced at Liberty Ford for 15+ years. I brought my 2010 Fusion to get an oil change recently. However, there were some major repairs that were needed. Decided Liberty Ford for 15+ years. I brought my 2010 Fusion to get an oil change recently. However, there were some major repairs that were needed. Decided to pull the trigger and get a newer car. Andy helped me out, and I drove home with a beautiful 2016 Fusion the next day. I’m so happy with it!!! More

Horrible service that should not be trusted. They lied about what was wrong with my car, saying that my brake pads were "down to metal on metal"; I took my car to personal mechanic two days later and watc about what was wrong with my car, saying that my brake pads were "down to metal on metal"; I took my car to personal mechanic two days later and watched him remove the brake pads that were NOWHERE NEAR down to metal on metal like they said. They lied to me thinking that I would have no choice but to have them fix the problem for over $400. Very dishonest and they should be ashamed of trying to rip people off. I would not recommend that anyone take their car to this dealership for service. More
