The service writer was extremely courteous to me regarding a problem that they could have easily blamed on owner ineptness. My "Home Link" on the driver's side sun visor could not be programmed. She regarding a problem that they could have easily blamed on owner ineptness. My "Home Link" on the driver's side sun visor could not be programmed. She ordered me a new visor without hinting that I did not know how to program it. When the part came in I was notified and given a timely appointment to have it installed. When I came for the service, the Service Advisor told me that he looked up on the Ford site to see if there was a recall on the part, and there was not. He went the extra step to look up the Home Link (outside vendor to Ford) site, and found that there WAS a service bulletin on that part at Home Link. Now that's going the extra mile!! More
