My new contact DAN HARRIS I took my Ford Explorer in on June 3rd for an oil change and I had noticed a couple of new noises that just appeared. I told the service person about I took my Ford Explorer in on June 3rd for an oil change and I had noticed a couple of new noises that just appeared. I told the service person about it and when they were done they told me the noise was a brake shield and it was fixed. On June 18th we were out shopping and my air bag alarm showed up on my dash. I called the service department and got Dan Harris. I told him what was going on and he scheduled me for June 19th. When I took the car in and explained the air bag problem, he said it would be taken care of. I also told him about the noises that were still there. He personally went to the service technician and they found that the belt tensioner was bad and the stabilizer ends were also bad. Everything was repaired and replaced thanks to Dan. Now why wasn't the problem taken care of 2 weeks earlier? From now on Dan is my only go to person. He did the job I expected from Liberty but did not get it the last time around. More
