After renting an EDGE on vacation, I knew I wanted one to replace my This dealership knows how to make buying a new car and pleasurable experience. After renting an EDGE on vacation, I knew I wanted one to replace my '13 Ford Taurus, even though I had only 40k miles on it. I contacted the dealership, gave them all the information about the color, interior color and required safety and convenience options I had to have. They promptly called me back with several choices and explained all the different features each car offered. I told them the one I was interested in and they had it ready for me to check out and test drive (even though I knew how they drove). In about two hours I was driving home my new EDGE and was pleased it even had additional options which I wasn't aware of at the time I first contacted them. Talk about a quick, no hassle, no bs or games, this was it. I've had great follow-up contacts from them to make sure I'm utilizing all the features the car and Ford has to offer. They certainly don't forget about you when you walk out the door! Highly recommend this dealership. More

Consistent Bad Customer Sevice About a year ago I had an issue with the service department and their lack of communication. They love to call you between 4:30-5:00 and tell you that About a year ago I had an issue with the service department and their lack of communication. They love to call you between 4:30-5:00 and tell you that your car is done and you need to pick it up before they close. I swore I would never go there again. My fleet company sent me there again, and they looked at my car and ordered a part and never told me they were ordering. They called when the part came in to schedule service, never telling me it was being ordered. I make the appointment and call them to tell them I will need a rental car when I get there on Monday, and they said they have them there and will have ready when I get there. I get there this morning and no car. I have to go to Enterprise, which also has nothing for me now. At least they are good at one thing, being consistently bad at customer service. Never again. Even better is when I tell the service guy about their customer service and my experiences he replies “Super”. Based on this I will never use them for service again and will never buy a car from them. More
