Who forgets to put caps back on?! Had a service appointment for The Works & a recall. After spending $150 & 3.5hrs waiting we got the car home only to find it was making a constant loud bubbling noise. Opened the hood and the coolant cap was not on it, coolant was bubbling, cap was left on the edge near the front under the hood, coolant was below the Min line because the coolant sloshed all over the engine during the drive from Ford to our home. Took the car back in for them to address these issues - was told it would be taken care of right away & 'not a big deal'. Spent another hour waiting. No money was taken off of our bill for this issue. More

Salesman should have alerted me that he was running behind. I was ready to walk out . Would never buy another vehicle at this location. Phil promised us car mats for this car. When we came to pick it up they were black mats ( car has camel interior). Was not even for the same year. Didnt even fit car!!!! When i addressed this with him he said he would get me different msts and to date have never heard from him. I reminded him that we have purchased many vehicles from him as well as referring our son directly to him which turned into a sale for Phil. They also were supposed to do a repair on our gas cap door prior to us picking up the car and Phil never bothered to tell me that they were unable to fix it until we were there to pick the car up. This is very poor business. I will never go back to Liberty again. Probably not for our services either. More
Buyer Beware Sales staff has a lot to be desired as a customer. Very much out fora quick sale without giving you any facts or features of a vehicle. Did not want to give us a far price for our trade in, and after we did come to some type of agreement insulted us on how they were being taken advantage of on our trade as we were halfway through the buying process. Spent of $30,000 for a vehicle, and told me if I wanted another key, (which it only had one), I'd have to buy one for another $89. Walked away feeling the whole deal was for them and us as a customer didn't matter as long as the sale was made. On the hand, the financial person we dealt with was great. I like the vehicle I bought, but if I had to do it all over again, I'd gone somewhere else. Liberty Ford's management either needs to review their sales staff. People make a major investment in a vehicle now days, and if the customer can't walk away feeling like he got his monies worth, then they, and we, won't be back. More
Service work Dont risk your life on this place. Had some axle work done and the xxxxxxx that had my calipers off never tightened the bolts back afterward. So a w Dont risk your life on this place. So a week down the road while driving on the highway the bolts fall off and my truck comes to a hault. The caliper became lose and slid up til it jammed the tire. DO NOT HAVE WORK DONE TO YOUR CAR HERE. More

I was met by another rep who opened my door for me. My car also had been washed! More
No Respect I had arranged an appointment to come in and test drive a new SUV. The dealership called to confirm the appointment. We arrived exactly on-time. After asking for Tyler we waited over 10 minutes before he even came into the showroom. He quickly introduced himself and asked if could we "hang out" since he had another customer. I asked why did I bother with an appointment? Clearly he would be a while as he appeared to be delivering a car to another customer. If he knew we were coming, why didn't he at least arrange for someone else to help us os we didn't have to wait? Our initial interactions were also suspect. After making my first on-line inquiry i never received any personal contact just a series of automated emails. When I replied to one of these Tyler said I had given him a bad phone number and he couldn't reach me I hadn't. He had obviously mis-dialed the number. That alone should have scared me off I guess. More

Ford has had my car for over a week now, also to fix some scratches. I've called to talk to a manager, took a message, has not called me back. Sent a text to my salesman, no reply, now waiting for a call back from service, going on 2 hours and still no call back. Liberty has officially had my car more than me since I signed to "buy" it. What horrible service, on top of the no call backs. This is getting absolutely ridiculous. More

Was buying a truck with cash money put money down to hold it and informed them on a time line of when I would be up due to having a 2.5 hour drive and having bad weather. I was harassed every day by him and he kept asking for more money even after a manager was involved and knew all was good. When I showed up it took him over an hour to have me sign about 10 papers! Will not be doing business with them again.... More

Will never go back, &will tell anyone who will listen, how this all played out! Julia knew I was coming my husband & I took off work to mk the trip up! She knew I was to be there around 630 the call came in at 610 there was nothing done to try to salvage my business except try to sell me another SUV with several opinions missing from the one I drove all that way to buy! Horrible way to do business I hv never been treated so poorly for a mistake someone else made! Julia doesn't stand behind her word, which in turn made this dealer ship look terrible! My time, nor expense to get up there was of no concern to her! More
Great Experience I found a 2006 Ford Five Hundred that interested me off Auto Trader. I bookmarked it for a few days before I seen the price lowered yet again. The pri I found a 2006 Ford Five Hundred that interested me off Auto Trader. I bookmarked it for a few days before I seen the price lowered yet again. The price lowered to the point that I called right away. I spoke with a woman named Julie who assured me the car was still available and would be parked in the front waiting for me to arrive. When we arrived, our sales man, Larry, greeted us at the door and we were introduced to Julie. The vehicle was brought around to the front for us to see as soon as we walked out the door. Upon seeing and inspecting the car, we were very pleased. The images from the website weren't at all misleading. The car was exactly as we expected it to be. Test drove the vehicle. Ran great. So we proceeded into the building to work out a cash value price with the sales team. Our sales man, Larry, was great. He was even nice and friendly to my two younger children who didn't want to sit still. (Thankfully Mc Donald's was right next door otherwise I wouldn't have been able to keep them entertained.) Anyhow, he was able to talk with whomever was in charge of pricing and worked out a deal for us even better than the already drastically reduced price. He was also kind enough to offer to be a back up driver since we only had the one licensed driver, but two vehicles. Honestly, we couldn't have found a better place. This was an unforgettable car buying experience and we totally feel confident in our purchase. Thank you Liberty Ford. More
