A Very Worthy Dealership Found my "mid-life crisis" vehicle here! I had been looking religiously for 7 months until it showed up with around 70k miles. Not bad at all for a 2005 Ford Excursion Limited 4x4. Great condition and great people to work with. "Famous Amos" Cruz was an exceptional associate that answered all my questions and continual uploading of photos, etc. Driving 11 hours from Massachusetts to Ohio required a lot of trust, and confidence;especially having to fight Storm Jonas the whole way there n back, was alone crazy. After arriving I found that they had the vehicle prepped and ready, so I could get back on the road to Massachusetts as quickly as possible. I did have a couple of concerns, but due to the lack of time, it being a Sat AND the shop being closed...I took Mr. Ray Kemmers word on how we could handle the situation the most effectively in the limited time we had. Mr. Kemmer was easy to talk to, down to earth and made me feel comfortable in my decision purchasing process. Just a genuinely nice man. We are currently in the process of getting everything up to snuff and I have NO doubt that he is a man of his word and that this dealership is AMAZING!! Albeit, many say I'm crazy to have driven that far, in Storm Jonas to buy a vehicle based on pics, word of mouth and just plain old fashioned trust...I would totally do it again with these gentlemen without fail! Especially since it was perfectly priced and was beating others nationwide. The added Carfax info was a bonus. To add icing on the cake, was having the pleasure dealing with Sean in finance. He was to the point, listened and didnt try to hard sell me. It was a great overall experience, one that I would recommend to all and a dealership worth travelling too! More

a waste of my time !!!! I called they said they could work with me. I went in on a saturday and just got slapped in the face basically by the amount they wanted to give me fo I called they said they could work with me. I went in on a saturday and just got slapped in the face basically by the amount they wanted to give me for my trade in . I have a good car with no rust and everything always taken care of or replaced and my keys are worth more than the offer!!! I wouldn't waste my time on this dealership ,,, I believe because I m a woman they thought they could get one over on me. no i wont recommend them or give them my time of day ever again. More

Ford CPO problem Overall good purchase experience. Kyle and Ray were very helpful and professional. However, after 3 weeks of owning my Ford Certified Pre-Owned truck Overall good purchase experience. Kyle and Ray were very helpful and professional. However, after 3 weeks of owning my Ford Certified Pre-Owned truck I noticed a lot of brake dust build up on the front rims. After investigating I found the front brake pads to be more than halfway worn and the rotors are scored. My research on Ford Certified Pre-Owned says that the brake pads require a certain amount of pad material (probably more than half) and that the rotors cannot be scored. I failed in not having the truck inspected because I bought into the Ford CPO program peace of mind. I've made the phone calls and am awaiting a response. I don't feel as if I should be planning on doing a brake job this soon. Hopefully Liberty can make this right. Rick Kenney More

Lease of 2015 Ford Fusion Went in looking to lease a Fusion Hybrid. After test driving the car, which is a great car by the way, I was presented with options. Leasing a hybrid didn't make sense for my situation, so the dealer suggested getting a regular Fusion model. The Fusion SE was not only suitable to my needs, but also a better lease deal.
