I crave transparency and honesty in a sales employee. Something that is nearly impossible to find. I'm the person that the sales people hate...because I don't sign until I get exactly what I want. This dealership cared about my business. They cared about my budget. They stayed patient and kind. They continued to work the numbers even after I left so that I would walk back through the door and drive away in a new Fusion! They worked late without a complaint and they made sure I didnt have to drive my old unsafe vehicle while waiting for the remote start to be installed in my new Ford. Julia was so helpful and full of knowledge about all the car's fun buttons. I love this team and my new Ford Fusion! More

Called re: quote for new Explorer with the x plan.....got back a quote that was the base price. Really?? x plan is to be 4% above dealer cost and is to be uniform from dealer to dealer for the same vehicle back a quote that was the base price. 1. First saw the car on-line. Had approx 30 very clear pictures. 2. Since I live in NY, approx 460 miles away, spoke with Rick, salesperson. He also provided his cell number and I was able to ask him pictures. 2. Since I live in NY, approx 460 miles away, spoke with Rick, salesperson. He also provided his cell number and I was able to ask him many questions during and after business hours. He also returned my voice mails. 3. After a few days, I made an offer on the car. He contacted his manager, again, after business hours and the offer was approved. The reason why I made an offer on the 2011 Mustang that was 460 miles away from my home was: the price was much lower than any dealer that was close to me, it had many additional options and the sales person was very nice while taking all of my calls. 4. The offer was firm on their part but I could cancel if the car was not as it appeared in the pictures or something was not right with it. 5. Took Amtrak and arrived approx 11.5 hours later and as promised, Rick picked me up. Train station was about 20 minutes away from the Liberty Ford. 6. The car was better than the pictures showed and had an additional option that was not listed. 7. Bought the 2011 Mustang and enjoyed the 9 hour drive back to NYC. What a smooth ride. 8. Almost two months later, great car. Worth the trip. The price was great. More
