They scratched the windshield during detailing when I bought it and haven’t fixed it. I bought it June 30th….its August 20th. I saw it and showed the manager and he said they’d get it fixed. I was very happy with the buying experience but when it comes to this fix, it’s been excuse after excuse. Don’t count on them to fix their mistakes. There is nothing worse they a company that doesn’t take responsibility for their own actions. Unfortunately, I will not be recommending this dealership. More

I dropped my car off on a wed night. I never received any updates and had to call and leave messages. Finally got through and was asked if they could keep my car into Friday and I agreed I never received any updates and had to call and leave messages. Finally got through and was asked if they could keep my car into Friday and I agreed. Never heard back all day Friday and no reply to my messages. Was without my car all weekend. Left several messages on Monday for service. Also tried to get through to service by calling sales. Someone finally answered at the end of the day. Of the items I wanted checked, the only thing that was really addressed was an oil change and tire rotation after being without my car for five days. The lack of communication and inability to get through to anyone was very disappointing. Lastly, on prior service work, my car was washed when I picked it up. That did not happen on this visit. More
