Ripoff Dealer if a rip-off. Flat rate price on replacing third brake light is $115 they charged me $268 plus parts love the screw people over I do not recomm Dealer if a rip-off. If I could rate it 0 stars I would 1) Maintenance contract stated I would have a rental car for the duration of the 100,000 maintenance agreement. Out of the 11 or so visits they manage 1) Maintenance contract stated I would have a rental car for the duration of the 100,000 maintenance agreement. Out of the 11 or so visits they managed to get me into a car 4 times. Fought me on everyone of those too! 2) 34,000 miles Chrome was peeling off tail lights. They said they would have new ones for the next visit. 41,500 miles next visit, nothing in the computer, so out of warranty and no replacement. 3) Parts department is the dingiest, most unorganized department I have ever seen. 4) Service director is now refusing to service an electrical issue with the car. 5) I am sixty years old and in sales. I have owned twelve cars all American including three Ford Taurus's. Never have I experienced a service department as poor and amaturish as this one. If your Ford has an issue and Liberty Ford Brunswick is your only service option, pull your car to the side of the road and burn it. You'll be much better off. More
