Absolute regret using this dealership. Always compare quotes from service, Liberty added $100 to $200 on even the small parts compared to other local dealerships. The diagnostic and repair is centered around building the problem and milking you more and more, for me it was thousands. I ended up ordering a new truck at their recommendation (stupid). They got my half-fixed truck at a great trade-in (planned) and made a big sale. Which brings me to sales, they missed three options that I asked for and told me dually’s weren’t available in 2024. They remember this and didn’t care. If you’ve ever been really cheated and it makes you angry when thinking about it, this is what you will get. More
