Have purchased 2 Ford Motor Products from Liberty Dealerships. I am so very disappointed with them. My last purchase was for a 2017 Lincoln MKX. I bought the Ford/Lincoln extended wrap policy for Dealerships. I am so very disappointed with them. My last purchase was for a 2017 Lincoln MKX. I bought the Ford/Lincoln extended wrap policy for the CPO MKX, along with a pre-paid maintenance plan and Surface Care Protection. I traded the vehicle about 17 months into ownership and then contacted Liberty to begin the process to refund the balance of my pre-paid CPO FOMOCO wrap. The dealer would not return my calls. Perhaps a letter to Mr. William Ford, Chairman of the Ford Motor Company, will wake someone up at Liberty. I will NEVER purchase from them again! More

Don't ever ever ever go to Liberty Ford!!! I was in a car accident and I had my car taken there. I couldn't drive it the day after I got it back from them. Took it back up there and they had it sitting there accident and I had my car taken there. I couldn't drive it the day after I got it back from them. Took it back up there and they had it sitting there for months and didn't do anything. I haven't been able to drive my car for over a year thanks to Liberty Ford. Two different service managers I dealt with both got fired. They made all kinds of promises to me and never fulfilled them. this shady dealership robbed me for $500 on my deductible, because it was a hit and run, and my insurance company out of $2,000. If anybody wants more proof of their lies and promises they don't fulfill. I have plenty of text messages and voicemails. I even talked to their general manager who wasn't going to do a xxxx thing about it. I wish I would have known before going there. I thought taking a Ford to a Ford dealership was a good idea, definitely not this Ford dealership. I've definitely learned my lesson. they don't care that I'm paying $300 a month for a vehicle that's sitting in my driveway that I can't even drive. They got their money they obviously don't care about their customers. I would trust a random backyard mechanic more than this supposed dealership. More
