Never had a problem with them since buying and having my 2008 Fit serviced there. Until last week when the vehicle was towed there, disabled due to a factory recall. They did the recall fix free of charge, 2008 Fit serviced there. Until last week when the vehicle was towed there, disabled due to a factory recall. They did the recall fix free of charge, per the factory notice, then told me that my radiator needed to be replaced for $1200.00 due to a "significant leak". Since the radiator was fine when brought in I continued to question them, being advised not to to drive it, as the mechanic "would never try to sell me something I didn't need". I picked up the car, armed with addiquate radiator fluid. After starting the car, there was full fluid level in the radiator. The engine fuse cover had been removed and not replaced. With a friend following closely, I drove twenty five miles home at highway speed. I parked the car atop snow, and there was no leakage after several hours. The car continues to drive fine with no radiator leakage. YOU decide. WHO'S lying. More

Anthony, Carl and Joe were so caring, making sure my daughters car is fixed and safe for her to drive. The care and concern for my daughter safety was of the utmost importance to me….. but was even so important to the guys that helped us. They cared about my daughter as if she was one of their own daughters!!! So sweet and kindhearted. I am so grateful to have had such an amazing group of guys to help us. Unfortunately, as a woman- I am constantly ripped off on car repairs and it’s so frustrating…. I know in my heart that Liberty Honda cares and would never rip me off or take advantage of our unfortunate situation, needing car repair. I definitely 10000000% HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND LIBERTY HONDA and I will never go anywhere else for repairs… Thank you to Anthony, Carl and Joe for the amazing service and help you provided to me and for my daughter.
