They promised to follow up in a week to see whether I have questions about the car. Every person I dealt with at the dealership was welcoming, polite, considerate, and accommodating. It was a very pleasant experience from the first interaction to the last. James Flores, May Flores handled the quoting and negotiation and Jerry Lopata closed the sale.
