I brought my Mitsubishi Outlander Sport here recently for service. The problem was a frozen emergency brake. Naturally, we often assume the worst when bringing a car to the dealer for service. Truth be told, we were quite surprised to find the service dept. was polite, helpful, and went above and beyond to take care of the problem. We were treated with respect and they even went to bat for us with Mitsubishi. Shout outs to Artie Bongiorno and Frank Lebron in service. Frank is a great mechanic and these are both stand up guys. Everyone we dealt with at this dealership was just really polite and helpful. More

The sales agent was good but the service department was the worst. "We didn't have time to look at your car" fine is understandable. The next day "our tech was out sick and we don't know if he is going to the worst. "We didn't have time to look at your car" fine is understandable. The next day "our tech was out sick and we don't know if he is going to be in tomorrow" - you are like WHAT you only have one tech available. The third day - "we looked at your car and it needs this part that will take 3 to 5 days to arrive - there is none available at the warehouse. We don't give LOANERS" since Covid. Called Freehold MItsubishi - "I know exactly what is wrong with the car, if you bring it here I can have it fix in a couple of hours" by the way the part is available and the Freehold dealer ordered three more because is a common problem. NIGHT AND DAY customer service. I placed a request on the app Mitsubishi Road Assistance and had the car tow from Green Brook Liccardi to Freehold. I get a call the next day to come to pick up my car. I was also told that if repairs would have taken longer than 2 days they were given me a loaner. LICCARDI does not know what customer satisfaction is. I'm a soccer coach and I alredy told 7 parents about my experience with Liccardi and told them to stay away from this place. I enjoyed the overall experience and mikes willingness to go the extra mile. They have a big dog that assisted with entertaining my kids. Post-sale was awful, Kaseem the young salesman completely took the money and ran. I was approved by my bank before I engaged the dealer. I had a buyout, and they sent the buyout check to the wrong bank. Afte took the money and ran. I was approved by my bank before I engaged the dealer. I had a buyout, and they sent the buyout check to the wrong bank. After calling Kaseem over 10 time to resolve I finally called his manager, and he got the check sent to the correct bank. This was 5 week later I was responsible for my old car and Kaseem ended up costing me an extra payment on my old vehicle. More
