The sales agent was good but the service department was the worst. "We didn't have time to look at your car" fine is understandable. The next day "our tech was out sick and we don't know if he is going to the worst. "We didn't have time to look at your car" fine is understandable. The next day "our tech was out sick and we don't know if he is going to be in tomorrow" - you are like WHAT you only have one tech available. The third day - "we looked at your car and it needs this part that will take 3 to 5 days to arrive - there is none available at the warehouse. We don't give LOANERS" since Covid. Called Freehold MItsubishi - "I know exactly what is wrong with the car, if you bring it here I can have it fix in a couple of hours" by the way the part is available and the Freehold dealer ordered three more because is a common problem. NIGHT AND DAY customer service. I placed a request on the app Mitsubishi Road Assistance and had the car tow from Green Brook Liccardi to Freehold. I get a call the next day to come to pick up my car. I was also told that if repairs would have taken longer than 2 days they were given me a loaner. LICCARDI does not know what customer satisfaction is. I'm a soccer coach and I alredy told 7 parents about my experience with Liccardi and told them to stay away from this place. I enjoyed the overall experience and mikes willingness to go the extra mile. They have a big dog that assisted with entertaining my kids. Post-sale was awful, Kaseem the young salesman completely took the money and ran. I was approved by my bank before I engaged the dealer. I had a buyout, and they sent the buyout check to the wrong bank. Afte took the money and ran. I was approved by my bank before I engaged the dealer. I had a buyout, and they sent the buyout check to the wrong bank. After calling Kaseem over 10 time to resolve I finally called his manager, and he got the check sent to the correct bank. This was 5 week later I was responsible for my old car and Kaseem ended up costing me an extra payment on my old vehicle. More

Where do i start!? this place is horrible and i wish i had more then 250 letters to explain it to you but never buy from this place they are a rip off.. first off i bought a car and they sold me it with a had more then 250 letters to explain it to you but never buy from this place they are a rip off.. first off i bought a car and they sold me it with a check engine light, second the rims were spraypainted, 3rd it took almost 3 weeks to get my plates in. 4th got a ticket for expired temp plates and they still owe me that check they make excuses every single time, 5th the service is horrible i was on hold for 25 min and then got hung up on i call again and i was mad and they give you attitude right back, and once they get to know u they just leave you on hold the only way to get what u want is to cause a scene in the dealership. DO NOT USE THIS DEALER!! and this auto checked that they use is loads of bullcrap because when i traded my car to them they carfaxed mine, sooooooo what does that tell you!? these people are liars,thieves, and xxxxxxxx if they were giving away free cars i wouldnt return and if i could return the car i bought for them it would be the best! I purchased a Mercury Mountaineer form this dealership. Since the first week I have had nothing but problems with the car. The battery was shot, they replaced it. They did not even offer a loaner to get me by. Anthony said he would try and get me a good rate on fixing the car. I was not happy with th service. Since then I have had to replace 2 tires and a rear wheel bearing. The front one is gone now and the motor is making a funny noise. This suv is a 2005 that had only 60000 miles on it. I only have 86000 on it now. I think that is relatively low to be having all these problems.Do not buy from this dealer. They conned me into buying this truck saying that it was solid and would last for a while. Very dependable. So far it has not been. I have made 8 payments on it so far. Be warned, they will put you into something unrelaible. More
