I scheduled a service appointment to have a tire rotation and an oil change. Lincoln dealership had sent me a coupon for these services, and I was charged exactly what I expected to pay. There were no unexpected charges tacked on to the invoice. My 2015 MKC was thoroughly inspected, and I had peace of mind that I was driving a safe vehicle. As a courtesy to me my service consultant Bruce Bender invited me to come back in a few weeks to have the engine power washed at no charge, due to evidence that a rodent had been in the engine (something I had no way of knowing). Bruce Bender and Jason Gritten were professional, friendly and honest. I was impressed with the sanitization protocols. I will continue to have my car serviced at Lincoln South Coast. More
