Incompetence and potential fraud. They sold us a vehicle and overstated towing specifications which could have been disastrous and caused harm to people and property. We returned the vehicle immediately after reading the manual the day we received the vehicle. Then they tried to sell us another vehicle and omitted material specifications of the 2nd vehicle and tried to sell us a 2020 when the originally bought vehicle was a 2021. Fortunately, we noticed this discrepancy before we took possession of the 2nd vehicle. After 2 days, they still have not returned our money. They keep suggesting a wire has been made, when no such wire or evidence of a wire has been produced. Tons of delay and run around. Still have yet to hear from the person who actually completes the wire/refund. Whether incompetence or fraudulent intent, proceed with extreme caution. Let's hope we get our refund. More
