My daughter purchased a 2021 Honda HR-V from them this week that they had listed for a very competitive price, so I was fully expecting them to hit My daughter purchased a 2021 Honda HR-V from them this week that they had listed for a very competitive price, so I was fully expecting them to hit us with "mandatory" add-ons and push their extended warranties and internal financing on us when we sat down at the dealership. No such hassles or pressure at all and they truly seemed to care about our satisfaction with the deal. My daughter came with excellent loan terms from her credit union that they readily admitted was the best possible deal for her and Carla in finance thoroughly explained the extended warranty options available to us but did not continually push them on us when we declined them. Dylan (sales rep), Peter (sales manager), and Carla (finance manager) all worked efficiently in tandem to answer our questions/concerns fully and amazingly they got the deal done and had us leaving with the car in only two hours after the test drive (not the 4-6 hours I was expecting based on my many prior horrible dealer experiences). Other dealers could really learn something from these guys about customer satisfaction! More
