This is the 3rd vehicle I get from Lincoln South Coast. I usually get one of the cars off the lot but the pandemic has changed things and I had to custom order the Navigator I wanted months before. I was able to get my dream car in the exact configuration I wanted. It took 9 months to be built and shipped due to pandemic supply issues, but the wait was well worth it and Mark Dorsett kept me updated throughout the process. Mark assured me there would be no Dealer Mark-Up, which has become common the last two years, and he delivered on that promise. They even honored a substantial rebate offer I received in the mail from Lincoln! The finance manager, Paul, was also great to work with. He was able to efficiently take care of the financing and payment details over the phone with me as soon as the Navigator had arrived from the factory. I only went to the dealership once to check out the new vehicle during the process and I was ready to take delivery but unfortunately there was a dent on the hood from shipment. They apologized for the inconvenience and sent it to the body shop. It only took 3 days to be repaired luckily. I live 45 minutes away from the dealership without traffic and take care of my mom whom was recovering from an injury. Carla the document and cashier person were very accommodating and used Zoom to complete the financing process on a video call. Mark delivered the vehicle himself to my house with a literal red bow on it and on the hottest day of the summer with temperatures above 108 degrees. Just had to sign a few physical pages with Mark and he proceeded to go thru every feature of the Navigator in detail. A few days later I had a question and Mark was still very responsive to answer it. My past experiences with Lincoln South Coast have also been great and I always have gotten a good deal and personable service. Their pick up and delivery option for service also comes all the way to my house which is amazing. They take my vehicle and leave me a nice and clean loaner so I am able to go on with my day after just 5 mins with the service representative. And again when it’s ready, they come take the loaner and leave my vehicle cleaned inside and out and serviced. I plan to continue getting my Lincoln’s for decades to come from Lincoln South Coast! Just had a great experience here . Our MKZ needed a bit of relatively minor recall work. Daniel Byun met us and got us settled in the very lovely and comfortable waiting room area, reappeared in a few minutes with the news the last part had been used the day before, began talking about getting the part so a new appointment could be made for the next week or so. In a few minutes he was walking toward us again, this time to say they had worked out a way to use the last part they had on another vehicle and get another part in and on that vehicle before it was scheduled to be picked up! These are the kind of considerations so appreciated… all so we wouldn’t have the inconvenience and disappointment of having to reschedule again and make another drive down a busy freeway. We also enjoyed Bruce, the concierge manning the waiting room. He was personable and very kind, offering us cookies and beverages while we waited. In wasn’t long before Daniel was approaching to tell us our car was washed and ready. Yes! They washed the car. We will definitely return when we have any further need of repair for our car.
