When you arrive, Gary greets you with a smile. Gregg or Roger describe in detail what needs to be done to your car. Upon payment, Kayla or Debbie are friendly and prompt with your keys. Tim helped us with our last purchase (10/13?) and Lisa was knowledgeable with the paperwork involved. I enjoy the warm friendly service of this dealership. I will continue to service my cars at Montgomery Lincoln and will probably purchase my next car from this dealership. My service this time took a lot longer than expected and Gregg explained the reasons for the delay. Thankfully they found a problem before it became a real problem. During my time at the dealership, Tim, Gregg, Roger, Gary and others came to speak with me. The waiting room is comfortable with the television (I wish it had more stations!) and magazine selections. The three hours that I was at this dealership almost flew by due to the friendliness of the employees of Montgomery Lincoln. I have been a proud Lincoln owner since 1989. More

The reason for such a great review is that roger and really everyone there has been friendly, accommodating. Roger remembers what I was discussing on my last visit, reminds me of service needs I didn't really everyone there has been friendly, accommodating. This is my second purchase here and the thing that kept here was the lifetime oil changes and the friendly service. Un-friendly free I don't need, not the case here. The ladies at the service counter have been very friendly and courteous. Theo has been my sales contact and always checks on me when he knows I am in for service, he sold me both my MKZ and MKS. More

OVERALL I FEEL COMFORTABLE WITH ROGER. HE IS STRAIGHT FORWARD AND TO THE POINT.TELLS ME WHAT I NEED UP FRONT. I have used Montgomery Lincoln (formerly Kings Lincoln) for all my service needs for a number of years. They have established a good customer relationship with me and are always friendly and responsive. for all my service needs for a number of years. They have established a good customer relationship with me and are always friendly and responsive. I have experienced a couple of instances where immediate service was required which didn’t allow me to make an appointment in advance. However, when my car was brought to them they worked to accommodate my needs as quickly as they could and get me back on the road. In another instance, I was caught in traffic and running late to pick up my car. Kayla volunteered to stay a little longer after her normal quitting time so I could retrieve my car. It was very much appreciated and just reinforced my decision to stay with Montgomery Lincoln for all my service needs. More

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They scheduled me in right away and provided me a loaner vehicle. I was notified that my vehicle was ready within a short period of time. Upon returning to retreive my in right away and provided me a loaner vehicle. I was notified that my vehicle was ready within a short period of time. Upon returning to retreive my vehicle Greg reviewed the service report with me, they had washed my vehicle and Kayla had my paperwork all ready so I was able to to be on my way without delay. I appreciate all the courtesies extended to me by all the staff I came into contact with. More

Everyone is so nice, when I walk in I always feel welcome. (Most women don't like going into any service center) everyone you pass always acknowledges you. I WOULD always recommend them. There is always someone to greet me with a smile when I pull in. Always carry on great conversation with everyone there. They make sure the waiting room is accommodating or if the service will take longe pull in. Always carry on great conversation with everyone there. I am always explained about anything that is needed to be taken care of with my car before they actually do the work. They take the time to explain any detail when I ask questions. My car is well taken care of and in a timely manner. I have been going to Lincoln since 1999 just because of the service department! More
