I have never had a bad service experience at this dealership. The staff is very friendly and keeps me informed about what is going on with the work being performed on my vehicle. The facility is always clean and they even offer free beverages while you wait. This time I had a coupon for a battery and the battery test revealed a new battery was needed. Unfortunately they didn't have the one in stock that the coupon covered, but the service advisor was able to offer a discount on the more expensive battery they installed. One of my pet peeves is tires not being balanced perfectly and the technician nailed it. More
