He was kind and not pushy or weird. Then Javier, one of the sales managers, sat down and professionally helped guide Tony through the whole purchasing process. Together, they made the experience the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had at a Ford dealership. Most car dealerships don’t give a rip about you, but Tony and Javier do. I hope they change the culture of the car business! I got the truck I wanted for a fair price.
