Latest experience with Lindquist staff I just recently purchased my third Ford Escape with Jim Humphrey as my sales rep. The purchase was relatively seamless. No pressure was put upon me to I just recently purchased my third Ford Escape with Jim Humphrey as my sales rep. The purchase was relatively seamless. No pressure was put upon me to choose a certain car or purchase that particular day. That was most appreciated.. my last Escape that I traded in. Was one in which I had lots of mechanical difficulties. I was seriously thinking of perching purchasing a different brand of vehicle. However what kept me at Lindquist was the service department. Even though he may not realize it Michael has been wonderful 4 helping me get through all of the service issues that I had to face with my last car. He is honest and straightforward with his explanations. And that is very important to me. So as I purchased my new car. Again I had excellent help from Jeremy Brandenburg with the financing Mitch for going over all of the features of the new car. I was happy with my entire experience. But then I got a call from Javier. He made my day by setting up the Ford pass and explaining all of the features of that wonderful application.
