I came in with my old 2018 Malibu, a dolla and a dream and I left with the car of my DREAMS !!! All I can say is RYAN ADAMS !!!! He was the most kind, helpful and informative person i’ve ever met !! They hate educated buyers. Inquired about a 2022 Silverado High Country on Autotrader that said "contact for price." I sent them a message asking for the sale price as well Inquired about a 2022 Silverado High Country on Autotrader that said "contact for price." I sent them a message asking for the sale price as well as the Carfax report as the only thing provided on Autotrader was the Autocheck. I've been looking for almost a year and can verify Autocheck reports fail in comparison to Carfax. Their Autocheck report showed renewals and that was all. I asked for a Carfax because 5 different times throughout my vehicle search I have found Autocheck reports like this only to find out the Carfax showed ominous service(s) such as "valve body replaced," "lifters replaced," etc. Hence my inquiry about wanting the Carfax. I'm not spending 50K on a 2 year old truck that may have had significant engine repair already. Their reply was "you can buy one yourself." At 50 grand you dealers can supply the GD Carfax. Morgan was helpful and referred me to Marsha who provided the price. I asked Marsha "what interest rates they were currently seeing and whether they would negotiate on the price if interest rates were too high." I have an 800+ credit score and over 100K income and low DTI, but that no longer gets me good rates in today's market. No response. Couple days later Morgan asked if I got everything I needed, to which I replied I had not. She forwarded my message again to Marsha. Nothing. Again I emailed Marsha for a rough ballpark of what the interest rate would be for a top tier borrower like me........nothing. So screw customers who want any information to make an informed decision when they're spending 50 plus thousand dollars. And a Carfax.....guess they can't afford it or are just too lazy to provide one. Would never buy here!!!! More
What a complete clown show the service dept. is. When I took it in, it was running fine until it had been running for 30 minutes or more, then it developed a miss. There were no warning lights o is. When I picked it up, it was barely running and there were two warning lights on. I will never have anything to do with Lindsay again unless it to sue them. More
DO NOT USE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. They are not interested in fixing anything and will gouge you with a full replacement. Quoted $1,800 for a muffler replacement for a rattle that took They are not interested in fixing anything and will gouge you with a full replacement. Quoted $1,800 for a muffler replacement for a rattle that took a muffler shop 5 minutes to weld fix. (The muffler shop didn't even charge me because it was so easy!) I've purchased three vehicles at this dealership and am mortified at the dishonest approach that could have cost me $1,800 for a muffler I didn't need. More

Nightmare Experience, Horrible Customer Service! I purchased a new 2019 Buick Enclave from Sandoval Buick/GMC on September 3rd from Craig Delmatto-salesman, and Amanda Aledia onsite sales manager. Th I purchased a new 2019 Buick Enclave from Sandoval Buick/GMC on September 3rd from Craig Delmatto-salesman, and Amanda Aledia onsite sales manager. They would not negotiate with me on the price telling me that this was a Labor Day sale price. I told them that I would be willing to pay FULL asking price if they would add the trailer hitch I needed for small loads. They first convinced me that this is something their Service department couldn’t do and that this was outsourced out of house. I agreed upon the condition that the hitch would be the same style, behind the rear flaring and not visible, and including the wiring harness. I had them put it in writing to be safe. It took until November 1st for them to finally get me set up to receive my new hitch after I had showed up in September to be told the ordered hitch came in damaged. I took my vehicle to Auto Options at 9AM November 1st and was told it would take 3 to 4 hours and to come pick up my vehicle later in the day. When I arrived they had installed a hitch that hangs down below the bumper and looks like some shade tree mechanic installed it and screwing the wiring harness bracket to the hitch cover with sheet metal screws. I immediately told them this was the wrong hitch and was told this is what Sandoval Buick paid for and that I would have to contact them if I was unhappy. I have now reached out to Craig Delmatto at Sandoval Buick-GMC 3 times and been told he had to talk to his manager and he would call me back. I have not received any call back or any explanation as to what went wrong here. Needless to say purchasing a new car from Sandoval Buick/GMC has been a nightmare and I would HIGHLY recommend going somewhere else to make you purchase. More
