I went in to do a trade in since they really want my current vehicle. I told them my budget and it was completely ignored. They acted like they could stay in my budget, kept me there for 4 hours, and ga current vehicle. I told them my budget and it was completely ignored. While the salesman was great to work with ahead of going in he acted like he was in a rush when we got there, checking his watch, dismissing any questions I had and notifying us the time. Told my nephew to take my personal belongings out of my car while I signed paperwork. He was rolling his eyes and making faces at my nephew while he was speaking. Very rude. We left with no purchase.
