Very good experience I bought my 2018 Malibu LT here. After shopping around OTDs at 2 other Chevrolet dealerships, I came into Lindsay. Even though I wasn't the typical I bought my 2018 Malibu LT here. After shopping around OTDs at 2 other Chevrolet dealerships, I came into Lindsay. Even though I wasn't the typical customer (I didn't need a test drive, I knew what car I wanted, I had firm numbers), Chris and Daniel were able to significantly beat the other OTDs. The negotiation was pleasant, low pressure, and professional. The financing was similar - no high pressure to purchase additional options, good discussion of options and costs. On pickup, I was given a brief but thorough tour of my new vehicle. I do recommend Lindsay for the informed customer. More

NEW CAR SALES BUYER BEWARE!!!!! UPDATED Do more listening, POOR DELIVERY CHECK, ALLOWED VEHICLED TO LEAVE WITH LOW TIRE PRESSURE. VIOLATED VA DMV RULES BY GIVING ELEVEN MONTH TAGS VS TWELVE Do more listening, POOR DELIVERY CHECK, ALLOWED VEHICLED TO LEAVE WITH LOW TIRE PRESSURE. VIOLATED VA DMV RULES BY GIVING ELEVEN MONTH TAGS VS TWELVE. About a week after the sale, received a call from Dunn and a Person who said his name was HAMDA and the DIRECTOR OF FINANCE.. Said that some paperwork had NOT been signed and a return trip was needed. Upon returning found out that the unsigned paperwork was a new sales contract. The interest rate had been increased. Said that they would make up for it and decreased the initial contract a minimal amount. Claimed that Julio had made a mistake and no longer works for them, however he is still shown on their website. Sales has absolutely no interest in Customer Service after the sell. No one seems to be accountable. The finance person who assisted the second time stated that HAMDA only wishes he were the Finance Director. Initial contract was signed without noticing that JULIO had (Without advising) increased the time of the loan contract from 72 months to 90 months and said that by paying biweekly the time would be decreased. Where in the TRUTH IN LENDING? would HAVE GIVEN A COUPLE OF ZERO RATINGS IF IT WAS AVAILABLE. More
