Strong sales tactics, said my credit score was low it was actually in the 740s said my vehicle was inconsistent with car fax i said look at the inspection it is certified that the mileage is correct and that i go to a private mechanic who doesn't report to car fax. they held my vehicle and it was difficult to get my keys back. said it would take 1 hr. to get financed it actually took over 4 hrs. strong arm sales techniques finance office would not accept no to additional products and services.
