Now give me a break, I'm not signing anything that you just drew pictures on and made some X's. Then the finance guy came out. He was rude, which no one deserves. We got up and walked out. More

CPO Issues I called and left you an voicemail lat week and wrote to emails to Carney first. I have talked to Audra Jackson, Rob Gonzalez, Mike Millgan, and Haro I called and left you an voicemail lat week and wrote to emails to Carney first. I have talked to Audra Jackson, Rob Gonzalez, Mike Millgan, and Harold Holzman about my issue. First I’d like to say Harold was the best person to deal with. He went WAY beyond what I would expect a salesman to do. Mike told me he’d call me back and never did, even after I left numerous voicemails with him. Rob and Audra assured me my CPO would be “easy” to handle once I towed my car to their dealership 1.5 hour away only to be told nothing was covered and then offered ~$900 in services instead. February 25, 2018 I went to the dealership after talking to Eric (no longer works there) about 2 CPO 2016 Chevy Cruze Limiteds listed on Lindsay Chevy’s website. They were both listed as CPO, Eric assured me they were both CPO, and the stickers on the windows of BOTH cars confirmed to me that they were, in fact, both CPO. 2016 Chevy Cruze Limited 1G1******1396 - Purchase price $10,800.00 2016 Chevy Cruze Limited 1G1******7175 - Purchase price $10,500.00 2016 Chevy Cruze Limited 1G1******1396 - Listed as CPO on https://my.chevrolet.com/ 2016 Chevy Cruze Limited 1G1******7175 - NOT Listed as CPO on https://my.chevrolet.com/ August 8th I got a check engine light on 7175 so I called my local Chevy dealer to have them look at the warranty information and do one of the free CPO oil changes. They informed me that the car was not a CPO. That takes us to multiple calls talking to Howard etc. I’d like to know how the car was sold to me as CPO, CPO stickers and listed on the site as CPO but yet when I am now informed that it is not CPO and there is nothing I can do about it. Audra talked to a couple of sales managers, I believe, and they stated that since I have driven the car 15k miles since purchase it is out of their hands. I never had reason to check to see if the car was CPO before this incident. More

Great Salesman (DJ) - Very Poor Finance Manager I was very lucky to get DJ as my Salesman, he was personable, honest, and did everything he could to make my experience as painless as possible. The i I was very lucky to get DJ as my Salesman, he was personable, honest, and did everything he could to make my experience as painless as possible. The initial "dance" over the price with "the secret person in the back" was relatively painless. I despise the process and told DJ that I would not do this back and forth with the manager. In any event I found out that the Finance Manager was the person negotiating the final deal and he was not a very "happy" person. I specifically told DJ that I was going to arrange my own financing through Navy Federal unless Lindsay and GMAC could beat the 2.89% rate and that I did not want them to run a credit check on me if I was not going to use their financing. He agreed. With all that advance notice, the Finance Manager still ran a credit check on me and then announced that he could not beat the rate offered by NFCU. He could care less about my concerns about random needless checks on my credit. The worst part of this sale was my time with the Finance Manager. He tried to sell me the protection packages and the extended maintenance packages and once I refused he was obviously ticked off and barely said a word the rest of the meeting. The other part of this sale that was really dishonest was their claim (website) that they offer a "military discount" to past and present military. They offer nothing. They will claim that whatever discount they offer is rolled up into the Lindsay Customer Discount (or whatever they call it), but they do not offer anything on paper that shows there is an actual military discount. It is an advertising gimmick and really dishonest to all military. More
