Daniel made me feel comfortable from the moment I met him. I had told him that I was interested in buying a Chevrolet Colorado, and set an appointment to meet him. When I walked into the dealership a very pleasant woman paged Daniel for me. Within minutes Daniel and I were shaking hands. Daniel had already pulled a Colorado to front of the dealership for a test drive. Unfortunately, with me being a big guy I knew the Colorado was going to be too small for me. Without hesitation he took me into his office to find a truck that would work. Daniel’s knowledge of trucks was incredible. He answered all my questions and most important didn’t try any salesman lines with his answers. I found a 2018 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 that looked like it was going to be the one. Daniel showed me all the colors it came in, and when I decided on the color within minutes it was in front of the dealership for the test drive. It was the most pleasant test drive I have taken. Daniel did not try to sale me the truck with a bunch of jibber jabber during the test drive, he let the truck do the talking for him. He answered all the questions I had about the truck, and even encouraged me to test the power that it had (and it has some power). Again, one of the things I dread about buying a new car, Daniel made it great. After sitting down and doing a little paperwork, Daniel asked me if I would be trading a vehicle in. Now this was going to be the scary part of the deal, because the car I was going to trade in was a car that I had cosigned with my son on. I honestly thought that Daniel was going to laugh when I told him. He didn’t though he just said “Give me a few minutes to take it around and see what we can give you for it.” When he came back I was thinking he was going to say something really low, but to my surprise it was a figure that was way higher than I had thought it was going to be. With the mark down on the Silverado, and the unbelievable offer on the trade in I figured I was going to be leaving with my new truck. Daniel then went to financing as far as payments. That is when the bad news came. The payment was not within the budget I had set for myself. I was feeling kind of disappointed when I told him that it wasn’t in my budget. I told him what my budget was (which was considerably lower) and Daniel didn’t even hesitate, he said he would be right back. When in he came back, he had worked some of his magic but the payment was now going to work within my budget. When he asked me if there was any other reason why I would not want to take the truck home with me, I told him I didn’t have the keys yet. Daniel sent the truck around to be detailed. When it came back it was absolutely gorgeous. I did what I had to do in financing department and when I was finished Daniel met me in the lobby. He gave me a tour of the service department and registered me for my first service maintenance. He made sure that my Onstar was set up, that was phone was connected to Bluetooth, and went over every feature of the truck to make sure that I had all the features working. I am use to once you buy a car the salesman slaps a tag on it and tells you to have a nice day. Daniel after the sale was complete spent the extra time to make sure I was comfortable with my new truck. The next day Daniel called me. I thought there was something wrong with the paperwork or something. He told me there was nothing wrong, he just wanted to make sure that everything was good with the truck, and that I didn’t have any more. That is why Lindsay Chevrolet in Woodbridge, VA and especially Daniel Mattison have made me a customer for life. More

My new Impala Kyle was a wonderful salesman. He impressed me with his knowledge of the vehicles. I was torn between 3 vehicles and he was instrumental in my choic Kyle was a wonderful salesman. He impressed me with his knowledge of the vehicles. I was torn between 3 vehicles and he was instrumental in my choice of the Impala. Though we came to the dealership late on a Friday night, he and the other personnel at Lindsay went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied. Kyle is very pleasant and not pushy like salesmen at other dealerships I have visited. You won't go wrong if you go to Lindsay Chevrolet -- for a great experience, see Kyle. More
Crooked Stay away!!! I noticed back in September of 2017 that my front tires started to wear unevenly. So I took in and they said no problem we can rotate them and it shou I noticed back in September of 2017 that my front tires started to wear unevenly. So I took in and they said no problem we can rotate them and it should be fine. Well it happened again to the front tires. So I looked back and noticed that the alignment had been off for over 6 months. I had 2 oil changes done, they checked the alignment both times and it was off both times but they never said anything. So my next trip in January of 2018 I took it in and got the alignment done. A few months go by and I noticed the tires are still wearing the same way but worse now. So I go in and talk to the manager and showed her the receipt from January for the alignment and she could not find the alignment sheet where they had done it. So it turns out I paid for an alignment that never got done. I was told that the alignment system they use saves all the past alignment by VIN number but for some reason they don't have mine. The alignment was so far off I could see it just by looking at the front of the truck. Manager said she would call me on Monday the 2nd of July with some kind of resolution??? Here it is the 10th of July and no call. So now I am down 2 tires because they failed to do the alignment or failed to do it properly when I paid to have it done the first time. I am a soldier in the U.S. Army and I do not have time for their games and a waste of my money. I guess my next step should be the JAG office on post and paperwork to have the dealership black listed for Military personnel, and then to all the other review sites and BBB. Even though I am pretty sure they have control on which reviews customers can see so this one I am sure will not make it to anyone. More
Beware of shady dealership Went to this dealership after originally purchasing from this dealership a few months ago. The atmosphere was very different the second time. They were extremely shady with our trade and financing. The salesman Chiny spoke to my wife and told us come in and we can get you to trade up and keep your payments less or the same. We waisted 3hrs for him and the idiot sales manager to come back with a payment double what we were paying. When we refused the deal they refused to return our keys. Don’t trust this dealership check Yelp More

Faith On my first time visiting Lindsay Chevrolet I met Mr. Gabriel Smith. He was patient, understanding, and provided solutions in what I was looking for. On my first time visiting Lindsay Chevrolet I met Mr. Gabriel Smith. He was patient, understanding, and provided solutions in what I was looking for. The first day I did not walk out with my vehicle. I flew back to Afghanistan and came back a weeks later to drive out in a nice Tahoe. Mr. Smith was kind enough to call and check up on me while I was out of the country and not only he took the time to make sure I understood my vehicle and the options that came with it. I am pleased to know Lindsay Chevrolet has individuals such as Mr. Smith working for them. I will return to continue doing business there. As a side note the service and patience he provided allowed me to drive from Clinton Maryland all the way to Woodbridge. That just goes to show you how pleased and comfortable I was when purchasing this vehicle. More
