Apparently it helps her in weekly sales meetings. My husband bought the vehicle from them.. he is extremely busy with working 6 to 7 days a week for a minimum of 10 hrs shifts. He also is not computer savvy.. he doesn't even use Facebook. He was contacted 3 weeks later by the sales woman claiming she never received the title on the trade in vehicle..and if he could please write a review that would help her a lot. He was told they would charge 5,000 dollars for no title. The title was sent the day after he bought the truck. After many phone calls to the dealership the title had been with the title clerk the whole time and the sales woman hadn't even called up there to check. Not sure about everyone else that works there, but our experience with this particular sales woman was just awful! More

New to us Equinox We needed a replacement vehicle after my husbands car went to the great scrap yard in the sky. After doing a lot of online research we headed for Lindsay Chevrolet to check out a couple used Equinox SUVs. Unfortunately our top pick was sold to another lucky customer. My husband drove our other choice but the price just wasn't right. There was another Equinox on the lot and Christal Scott stayed late and really went to bat to get us the price we wanted. Since we didn't take the vehicle home with us that day Christal came in on her day off to make sure all the paper work went smoothly, set up the bluetooth and OnStar and even put the plates on in the pouring rain. I can not say enough about Christal's professionalism and her willingness to work with us to make sure all our questions were answered and walk us through the whole process of purchasing a vehicle. Lindsey Chevrolet is very fortunate to have such a knowledgeable and dedicated employee in Christal. Thanks for all your hard work and we love the new to us Equinox. More

The sales representative I saw was Daniel Mattison. 30 minutes after my initial visit, I could not be more pleased with the service and treatment; four hours later I was even more pleased with the vehicle I purchased. Without hesitation, I would recommend anyone in the market for a new ride to request this gentleman. Daniel Mattison's professionalism was outstanding, my experience was worth 5 stars on any survey! Again, great experience with this sales representative.! Ariel Sandy, has been the most unprofessional person I have come across. His lack of patience with the process was very disturbing. He was very rude and nasty; the business he is in involves customer service, it’s obvious he missed that class in his training.
