When I visited the dealership, it was a totally different price so I walked out. Lindsay called me at work promising to sell me the vehicle for the advertised price. Again, I visited the dealership preapproved by my credit union for the price indicated over the phone only to learn I was tricked by a sales staff comprised of liars. Ended up purchasing a 2016 Silverado from Radley Chevrolet in Fredericksburg based on good old fashioned honesty and no tricks! More

BUYER BEWARE/READ THE FINE PRINT Buying a car can be exciting and daunting all at the same time. My experience with Lindsay Chevrolet was NOT a good customer experience. It was ho Buying a car can be exciting and daunting all at the same time. My experience with Lindsay Chevrolet was NOT a good customer experience. It was horrible. I could never recommend this dealership to anyone! First, go in with your own financing. They will not tell you this, but somewhere in the fine print you will find that they will run your credit with multiple lenders. My credit literally dropped 50 points while they ran my credit again and again and again over a three day period, even after I drove the car home. Read the fine print! Second, take a spare key to your car so when and if you want to leave, you can! I arrived at the dealership around 1pm and left around 7:30pm. Once they knew I was interested in one of their automobiles, they took the keys to my car so they could determine “their trade-in value” of my car, and basically it felt like I was being held hostage. Third, call ahead and know the actual advertised selling price of the automobile. I drove 85 miles to their dealership based on the discounted internet price of a car I was interested in. Once I arrived, took a test drive, and it was time to talk numbers, then I find out that Lindsay Chevrolet adds another $1495 to their internet price to get it ready to drive off the lot. I found their online pricing to be deceptive; otherwise, why not just state the actual selling price and not hide it somewhere in the FINE PRINT! I am not an expert but I when I googled “Bait and Switch” advertising, it appears to fit the definition. Fourth, don’t be misled about the extended warranty. After going round and round on the price of the automobile, then I am mislead regarding the extended warranty I am sold by an individual in their finance department. I am told, again and again, it covers bumper to bumper and the package I was sold, was not that coverage at all. Read the fine print! Fortunately, you have 30 days to cancel the coverage, which I did after reading the fine print! When they are throwing document after document after document in front of you to sign, not giving you the time to read the fine print, you trust that the person in front of you is actually telling you the truth. My mistake. Once I returned home and read all of the fine print and all of the documents I had signed, I realized I had been misled by their representative! After researching the company that Lindsay Chevrolet offers their extended warranty through, Fidelity Warranty Services, Inc., I found their reviews were horrible to say the least. Check it out for yourself and remember you have thirty days to cancel. If you want an extended warranty, do your own research and purchase it at a later date. You do not have to purchase it at the time you purchase the car. Check with Consumer Reports. Finally, before you sign a legal contract, take the time to read all of the FINE PRINT! More

Mike made me a promise that he will work tirelessly until I am in a new vehicle. I did not have the best credit situation at all but Lindsay with their Platinum service and commitment to customer satisfaction, provided me with a brand new 2016 Chevy CRUZ 2LT Limited Edition and I ABSOLUTELY AM IN LOVE WITH THIS VEHICLE. The perks and extras that comes along with this vehicle has me in New Car heaven and Chevy has really stepped up their game. I could not be happier.
