Bait and Switch .......On 06/18 I found a used 2013 Camaro I really wanted to buy for my daughter listed by Lindsay Chevrolet of Woodbridge, VA on Cargurus, Carfax an .......On 06/18 I found a used 2013 Camaro I really wanted to buy for my daughter listed by Lindsay Chevrolet of Woodbridge, VA on Cargurus, Carfax and Autotrader but not on their website. Decent deal, not great, but I was still interested. I called at 11:38 am and was advised that their websites were acting up, but was assured that they do have the car in inventory. Called back at 7:17 pm that same day (06/18), just 45 minutes prior to closing time to verify the car was still in inventory. They said yes. So the next day (06/19), I drove 3 1/2 hours to get there just to be told that it had sold the day before. The salesman was happy to try and show me brand new Camaros for twice the amount. Ok, it happens. However, the next day (06/20), while resuming my internet search for Camaros, I see the car still listed on Cargurus, Carfax and Autotrader. I call the dealership at 5;17 PM and they say "Yep, we have that car, it just recently came in. It's in great shape,, a really nice car." At 1016 am on 6/21 the car is still listed on Autotrader, Carfax and one of their own websites (but not the other and not on Cargurus). I called to complain, left a message for the General Manager. Ended up with a sales manager calling me back who looked up the car and said it had sold on the 17th! The day before I first called. Could have saved me an entire day driving to and from to look at a car that wasn't there. I would say that salespeople are intentionally deceptive liars and the dealership encourages this with false advertising by failing to remove sold vehicles from websites such as Carfax and Autotrader, etc. Looks like the classic bait and switch to me. BUYER BEWARE at this joint!!!!!!!!!! More

He was professional and made the experience easy. They always answered all my questions and made what I thought would be a taxing and stressful process extremely pleasant and stress-free. More

Bought New Chevy Traverse 2LT I bought the 2016 Traverse 2LT and it was the greatest experience I've ever had buying a car. My sale associate (Vincent Cumberbatch) couldn't have be I bought the 2016 Traverse 2LT and it was the greatest experience I've ever had buying a car. My sale associate (Vincent Cumberbatch) couldn't have been more accommadating. The employees (like Alfonso) at Lindsey was more than helpful and really worked with me so I could get the car I wanted and a very affordable price. I will without a doubt be return to Lindsey when our family purchases our other vehicle. More
Purchase new Tahoe 2016 Awful and Rude customer services at service center, No TIME value all over at dealer shop, Not enough options to select vehicle, not enough knowledge Awful and Rude customer services at service center, No TIME value all over at dealer shop, Not enough options to select vehicle, not enough knowledge and explanation about vehicle from sales department,terrible damages from upgrading leather seats caused the vehicle paint job and cut on back bumper rubber...Took almost 3 weeks to get all the upgrades done, and have to go back and forth btw loaner cars, as they wouldn't let us keep the same loaner car... such a waste of time and still vehicle have little marks and lines inside the vehicle, in short, paid more to get the vehicle upgrade but actually loosing the value of vehicle as drove more miles and damages by dealer shop and services. Never buy or recommend this dealer shop to NOBODY.. More
