I visited the dealership that day and Josue fully explained the vehicle and was up front when discussing the pricing of the vehicle. There were no back and forth games as we discussed an "out the door" price and we were quickly able to reach a deal I believed to be extremely fair. Paperwork was processed quickly and the vehicle has been a fantastic addition. Great Service I am the kind of person that absolutely hates buying a car. It compares with going to the dentist, as far as I am concerned. But when I decided to buy I am the kind of person that absolutely hates buying a car. It compares with going to the dentist, as far as I am concerned. But when I decided to buy a new truck because my old Silverado had 313,000 miles on it, I was quite apprehensive. I decided that since I had truly gotten my money’s worth with my old truck and was completely happy with it, I wanted a newer version of my old truck. When I went to a Chevy dealership in Fredericksburg, I was ignored by 5 salesmen standing outside but after walking up and down the rows of trucks looking for what I wanted, one salesman asked if I had been helped and he tried to show me what they had. None were what I wanted and he told me they had a shipment coming in and he took my phone number. That was 3 weeks ago and I have not heard from him yet. I then went on the USAA buyer’s website and put in the information on the truck I wanted. It did not take 10 minutes before I received a phone call from Mike Milligan at Lindsay Chevrolet in Woodbridge. He told me what he had and asked if I had a color preference (I did not). Since he had the truck I was looking for, we set up an appointment. Needless to say, I got the truck I wanted, but more importantly, Mike did not once try to put me in another truck. I knew what I wanted and he respected that and I very much appreciate it. Everything was laid out for me to see, nothing was hidden and there was no pressure. All of the other people I have dealt with, finance and service have been equally impressive. If I was to buy another vehicle, I would not hesitate to go to Lindsay first. They get five stars in my book and I would highly recommend them to anyone. More

As we were looking at potential vehicles to purchase, I was amazed with how much information, facts, tips and questions he could answer about each and every vehicle, no matter the make or model! On top of that, his professionalism, patients, and kind personality, just blew me away. I could tell he was very passionate about what he was doing. These characteristics allowed me put my trust in Mr. Mike. This also assured me that I'd be sold the proper vehicle for my family and I.
