Our salesman, Maurice, was a big part of why we stayed to look at buying a new car. He was respectful and down to earth, he answered all i questions and even had all oir paperwork filled out as i got the ap look at buying a new car. The rest of the staff was friendly but we seemed as if they were stalling to keep us there longer. At 2 pm we told them we had to we had to be out by 5 pm due to my wife having class. We were assured that we would be out in time, that didn't happen. At 3 pm I had approval through my own bank and only needed to sign the paperwork but the number crunchers and the finance people remained to insist that we look at their options. We even got pulled into the finance office, even though we had our own loan approved and they attempted to try to sell us on their possible better options. We had to tell them several times that we are sticking to with our bank and that didn't seem to phase them. We finally got our paperwork signed and got our keys at 530, my wife missed her class and a midterm. We like the car and the service we received from Maurice but his counterparts only seemed to delay the whole process. I would recommend this dealer to a friend but let them know that they need to have a free schedule for at least 5 hours. More

On January 29, 2012, I walked into Lindsay Chevrolet not expecting to buy a car, but to do a little research on the 2012 Camaro. When I first walked through the door, I felt welcomed. I would rate this as my best car buying experience ever! The sales representative, Kelvin Mitchell, was knowledgeable and personable throughout the sales process. Although he told us that he is relatively new to car sales, I wouldn't have guessed it. Kelvin demonstrated outstanding knowledge of all features of the Equinox while showing us all of the vehicles on the lot. He and Johnnan "JJ" Johnson (another top notch sales representative) worked with us and represented our offer to management. And even after we had negotiated what we thought was a very fair price and value for our trade in, they obtained an additional discount we had not realized that we qualified for! The finance manager, Keith Offenberg, completed the paperwork and offered us a very low interest rate loan that was so good, we decided to finance the car rather than pay cash. Back in 2010, I decided to trade in my Chevy 2006 2500HD 4X4 for a Camaro SS. I did some research and discovered that Lindsey Chevrolet was right around the corner from me. Upon arrival I was met by Sales Consultant Urey Hohney, he was polite and courteous and took the time to find out what I was looking for. He did his utmost best to put me in the car I wanted and succeeded. Fast forwarding to present date I decided that a truck best suited my needs. Work had pulled me to the Baltimore area but I still wanted to deal with Lindsey Chevrolet of Woodbridge. So after a brief phone call, I found that Urey was still a salesman at Lindsey. I requested him. I asked what time they closed and was given a time of 8pm, I told him I was in Baltimore about ready to get off but would soon be on my way and would try to make it in by 7. Unbeknownst to me Urey was supposed to get off at 3pm but he stayed and waited. By 10pm 2 hours past closing time I was out the door with the truck I wanted at a good price.
