I was recently in the Market for an additional vehicle for my family and I. When we went to this dealsership they where great. The car has been in the service department for three weeks, after I paid $200.00 for them to charge my battery. There were no (status update) calls to me at all. Now the problem is that I need a new battery for $160.00, which is completely unacceptable. My service person Mike Hetu seems completely nonchalant about the situation. I feel that a battery should have been installed, and my car should be ready for pickup this morning. I just purchased a new Equinox from Lindsay, and the ION was going to be a Christmas gift for my 16 year old daughter. I guess the other customers who left bad reviews were right; Lindsay is just about making money, never mind the service. More
