I wanted to trade in my 2011 Dodge Durango for a Camaro, I fell in love with a 2013 Camaro that was blue/purple with a racing stripe. I have never owned a sports car before so I spent the weekend at the dea I fell in love with a 2013 Camaro that was blue/purple with a racing stripe. I have never owned a sports car before so I spent the weekend at the dealership looking at different models & prices. Everyone who assisted me was very professional & friendly, the only drawback was the trade in value of my Durango and the overall price of the Camaro - it upset me that no one actually sat down and explained the process. I dont feel I was given a fair trade and or discounts. I had hoped for better being a retired Marine, so much for military discounts. I still love my new car and will bring it back to Lindsay Chevrolet for service. More

On October 10, 2012, I called JJ and let him know what I was looking for and from there it was history. A special Thanks to Keith the Financial Manager he made no promises but he fought hard to get the best financing possible. Which end up saving me and my family money and I can’t thank him enough. This is my second vehicle purchase from Lindsey Chevrolet. I couldn't be happier with my new vehicle. The staff makes you feel like family. Steve's customer service skills are exceptional. This is the first dealership I've gone to that actually gave me KBB trade-in value for my car and sold me a pre-owned car at a great price. I came here after a quick call to Yogi(the Sales manager) and explaining the unique and difficult situation I was in. I was in need of trading out of essentially an already brand new car because I wasn't pr and explaining the unique and difficult situation I was in. I was in need of trading out of essentially an already brand new car because I wasn't previously satisfied with the previous purchase at another dealer. Lindsay Chevrolet had the EXACT car I was looking for so i went in with some optimism to get the numbers right. Yogi met me at the door along with Delfin to start this new adventure. Delfin was the most knowledgeable sale rep I have ever dealt with. He went over every detail of the car I was interested in before we even began the number crunch. After a quick test drive, i was sold and it was time to crunch some numbers. Yogi worked some magic and we were able to strike a deal. Both of them talked to me like I was a human and not just a "consumer". We talked about alot of things not even related to car buying and it made this experience Top notch. Jewel was the finance guru and made it painless and again more conversation ensued that wasn't even car related to make the process quick and easy. She even called me on my way home to tell me that she was able to lower my rate even more! During the final inspection i noticed to very small scratches on the car, Delfin repeatedly apologized even though it wasn't his fault. He made sure that it would be taken care of. he also helped set up the On Star, went over every feature of the car in detail until he was almost out of breath. I've never dealt with anyone who took so much pride in Customer Satisfaction. HIGHLY recommend this dealer to anyone and everyone!!! More

I am most pleased with my car buying experience. Urey, our salesman showed us around the dealership while we were waiting for the finance detail. Even Jewel Kelly in finance gave us the best finance numbers to work out the best deal possible for us. I will certainly recommend this dealership to everyone I know and will definitely be a chevrolet buyer from now on. More

Got the car I always dreamed of, a corvette!! Told me the car passed inspection but it failed Maryland inspection due to Tint and Rotors. When I returned to tell them the car failed inspection, they literall car passed inspection but it failed Maryland inspection due to Tint and Rotors. When I returned to tell them the car failed inspection, they literally said we can't help you!! I asked if I bought the rotors from them would they install for free and they said no!! These people were so friendly when getting me to buy the car but a few days later they treated me like they had never met me and were rude to me and my wife. The vette had a noise in the rear and the salesman said it was the wheel locks. I new he was lying and that it was the muffler mounts but made no big deal of it. Ladies and Gentlemen..DO NOT!!! DO NOT!!! buy from this place and the guy Coslyn will smile in your face while you're buying will ignore you once you sign the papers. I love my car but will never buy from them again and I suggest you do the same!! More

We went in to Lindsay Chevrolet in early August 2012 while my significant other was looking to purchase a truck. We found one at Lindsay Chevy that fit the bill. A few walks around the lot and a test drive and we are at the desk talking financing and price. The salesman was a really nice but inexperienced. That was no matter because the salesmen have no power at Lindsay, it's the Sales Managers that do all the real work between the customer and the General Manager. From the start our sales manager Johnnan Johnson was using shady dealer tactics like not saying what interest rate was approved for, only that "it's a good one." Well turns out it was not a good one at all and they could have and did go a lot lower. Next he would not reveal what the actual out the door price of the truck was only that "your payment is $X." Now, I know that many dealers use these tactics and this is not why I gave such a bad rating. After hours at the dealership the time had come and could not do a deal today, mostly due to the fact me and my partner had somewhere to be and we had already spent hours haggling. It was when my significant other asked me "what should I do" and I said "we have to go" and we got up, that the sales manager Johnnan Johnson started yelling at me "COME ON MAN WHAT THE HELL." As we were walking away from the desk he angrily grabs a chair and pushes it across the showroom continuing to yell at me saying "I ALMOST HAD THE DEAL MAN WHAT THE HELL." My jaw drops I'm embarrassed. We are now a spectacle in the middle of the showroom. All we want to do is leave now as fast as possible. To further my embarrassment, we can't leave! The general manager has our keys from when they were looking at our trade in. My significant other asks for his keys and Johnnan Johnson says to him "Come with me to the general managers desk and we will get them" then heatedly says to me "you can stay here we don't need you." On top of the horrible embarrassment and being talked down to, the key thing was just a ploy to be able to hold his keys as a bounty while they continue to try to convince my significant other to buy their car. I never in my life have been so embarrassed and felt so talked down to, especially in a retail/customer service situation. Johnnan Johnson’s eagerness to publically and irately blame me for the fact that he couldn’t work out a deal, after hours of haggling, was appalling. On the ride home we both felt totally exhausted and couldn’t believe the experience. It’s for that reason I would not recommend Lindsay Chevrolet and I most definitely would not recommend Johnnan Johnson. More
